Yoga for Beginners

Designed to give yu an overall experience of yoga postures , while learning to move with ease through body movement with spinal alighnment.

 

Yoga for Beginners-Level 1

Using alighnment and energy stimulation,these classes will warm-up the spine and explore the breath through an energy flow of postures.

 

Yoga for Beginners-Level 2 - 3

Creating awareness of Meditaion-In-Motion through Vynnassa Posture Flows

 

Chakra Yoga

Specific Yoga Postures will address the Seven Chakra Centers:  Earth*Water*Fire*Love*Sound*Light & Thought

Each class will close with a Relaxing Chakra Cleansing Meditation

 

Stress Release Yoga

Light yoga designed to energize and release the body through Tension Awareness.

Each class will close with a Special Yoga Nidra Relaxation

 

 All classes are taught with a variety of teaching methods to ensure a light hearted adventure

Others will notice as you become at peace within your personal space.
